Shipping: When it comes to shipping, we like to keep all of our options open so we can deliver your package as quickly and cost effectively as possible; we use U.S. Mail, UPS and FedEx Ground to handle our packages. We ship to the U.S. and Canada only. Orders of in-stock items placed with standard delivery are shipped within three business days. Orders placed by noon Eastern time with expedited delivery ship that same business day. Orders placed after noon Eastern time with expedited delivery will ship the next business day. We use U.S. Priority Mail to ship our two- to three-day shipping and overnight packages. To get a quote on shipping, simply add the item to your shopping cart and actual shipping prices will be displayed immediately. Products that are shipped directly from the manufacturer (noted in product descriptions) are not eligible for expedited shipping.

Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase. Actually, we hope you're ecstatic! If you decide the item you ordered just isn't right, you are welcome to return new, unused items for a full refund, less shipping, within 30 days of purchase. Returns of new, unused items after 30 days but before 90 days will be accepted for store credit, less shipping. Return information is listed on your packing slip. When packing your return, please use care; we are not responsible for damaged or lost returns.
